Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected misuse. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, customers are entitled to remedies for goods that are defective, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted, particularly for sale or clearance items.

8. Warranty & Authenticity

All products sold are genuine. Any manufacturer warranty provided is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
